At Kemarkians, we have teamed up with the trusted package delivery service, The Gourier Guy, to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. For a flat rate of R200 per order, you can have your items conveniently shipped right to your doorstep. Rest easy knowing that your purchases will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Thank you for shopping with Kemarkians—your satisfaction is our top priority.
If, in some circumstances, you are not happy with the product or if the product arrived damaged or defective, there is a return option available. Note that in order to return a product, please contact us via email with the package order number and a photo of what's wrong with the product. Note that upon reviewing your return ticket, it will take 3 to 5 business days for the return package to be picked up. We ask that you please return the damaged or defective product in the original packaging you received it in. Also, let us know if you wish to exchange the product or if you prefer a full refund (note that we only do EFT refunds, so please provide your banking details in the return email). After your order arrives at our location, it will take 3 to 5 business days for us to review the product and determine if the return is valid. Note that if the return isn't valid, the product will be sent back to you.
